I. POZITIVA is a company dedicated to preserving the environment through the reuse of clothing, based on strong principles of sustainability and traditional Christian values of hard work, honesty, kindness and mercy. Much of our clothing and earnings are used for humanitarian purposes through helping individuals, humanitarian organizations and churches.
Our company is committed to serving the community through the business, donations, creating job opportunities, helping the poor and building sustainable relationships with our clients, suppliers and employees, as well as with the local communities where our business is present. We do this while doing our best to show, not simply tell, the Gospel of Jesus Christ – which we firmly believe is a message not only of salvation for the soul, but of wisdom for truly good living.

We structured our work within the following five areas:
CHURCH
I. Pozitiva is led by Christians committed to serving God through business, and by being actively involved in the local church. This is achieved by means of tithing, financial help, and serving through ministry. Through various ways, the business is used to employ, bless, support and help the church, it’s members, and those connected to it.
Since its beginning, I.Pozitiva has been firmly set on establishing the business in such a way that it could benefit those in need. We achieve this through partnering with churches and charities, through donating clothes, shoes and part of our profits that can then be distributed among those it could benefit the most.
Unsold clothes from our shops are given away to individuals who then sell it at markets, supplementing their income and supporting their families.
Part of the clothes from our import which are not immediately salable, due to small damages or with removable stains, are given as well, to individuals who repair them and wash them, make them ready for sale and supplement their monthly income that way.

We believe we have a responsibility to our and future generations to preserve the planet and contribute to it through the way we do business. We also believe that we have a responsibility to the Creator to preserve the planet He has given us to be a blessing to us and future generations, and we do everything in our power to achieve that.
From the very beginning, socially responsible business has been an integral part of our business philosophy and long-term strategy. For us, socially responsible business is the basis and framework for decision-making and the way of working, which is reflected in investing in quality, long-term and stable relationships with all factors of our company’s business.
At every opportunity, our company strives to help the segments of our community and our society that we believe need help and significance. Some of such examples are assistance to the Roma community in Leskovac, single parents in the south and southeast of Serbia, or assistance to culture through donations to citizens’ associations dealing with environmental protection and work with children and youth.
We firmly believe in the practical showing of love for our neighbor, in the practical mercy and providing help to those who need and need help the most, and we try to show it through business and practical material help, as well as through respect for every person we come in contact with – both with clients and customers, as well as with employees, business associates, and all other people with whom we have the privilege to be in contact as a company.

Our goal is to be a company that is maximally people-oriented. For us, every customer is most important, whether it is a customer in our retail facilities or a customer who buys in our wholesale, because our business is based on their satisfaction and trust. That is why we constantly invest in our own development, raising the quality of our services and products to the highest possible level.
Additionally, but perhaps primarily, we believe that every human being is created in the image of God and is therefore to be treated with utmost dignity and respect, and “done unto the same way we would like to be done to us”.
For this reason I. Pozitiva pays great attention to researching customer needs and constantly works on raising the standards in both supply and quality – of clothing as well as of service.
Furthermore, we do our best to help people and business connect, and achieve the fullness of their potential, therefore bettering their lives and that of their local communities.
